DPF CLEANING INSTEAD OF REPLACING
Replacement costs serious money. A new DPF can cost between 1,000 € and 6,000 €. Replacement also involves a lengthy garage visit plus possibly an expensive replacement vehicle.
TUNAP DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER CLEANING MICROFLEX® 931 and 932
The cleaning set for diesel particulate filters (DPF) consists of a nonflammable and metalfree cleaning liquid and a rinsing solution. The process developed and patented by TUNAP functions without time-consuming removal of the DPF.
- Cleaning without disassembling the particulate filter
- Nonflammable
- Neutral ash- and metalfree formulation
- Residue-free evaporation
- Material compatibility
-

The electronic indicator lights, the vehicle has no more power and an extremely high fuel consumption? The diesel particulate filter has only a limited capacity to store particulates. From a certain amount of soot, the soot particles must be burned in a regeneration process to CO₂ and ashes. Different reasons can cause the regeneration process does not start and in consequence the DPF gets clogged with soot particles
CLEANING
Remove the pressure sensor or disconnect the filter from exhaust pipe and instert the spraying probe into the opening made with the direction of spraying towards the particulate filter. Flush out the particulate filter after cleaning using the flushing concentrate. Reinstall the pressure sensor or assemble the filter to the exhaust pipe and allow the engine work with varying speeds for approx. 15 minutes. At the end perform a test drive of at least 30 minutes and start the filter regeneration manually using the tester, if necessary.
AFTER
TUNAP is the first manufacturer to have developed a patented particulate filter cleaning system with which clogged particulate filters can be cleaned in an installed condition, rapidly, simply and significantly more economically than replacing them.
PARTICULATE FILTER CLEANER
microflex®
Non-flammable, metal-free special cleaner for cleaning off soot and ash deposits in the particulate filter. Evaporates without leaving residue. The unique wetting properties enable the cleaner to loosen and clean off soot and ash deposits from porous honeycomb structures as are present in the particulate filter.
FLUSHING CONCENTRATE
microflex®
Neutral, ash and metal-free solution for flushing after particulate filter cleaning. Evaporates without leaving residue. Guarantees a cleaner particulate filter that can be regenerated again.
Pressure Spray Gun & Probe
